Meet Our Coaches
Kam Lancaster
Coach K has had a ball and bat in his hand since he was 2. Playing his entire life in the Atlanta/East Cobb areas as well as multiple states. He has played all positions growing up and mainly played corner infield in school but also pitched quite a bit and has 2 no hitters on his resume at the bump. He batted over .600 his junior year at Marietta High School and received multiple college offers followed by trying out for the national team his senior year, but due to a torn ACL he was not able to continue his career as a player, so here he is as a coach.
While Coach K had the tools to make it to the next level, God had different plans for him which has led him to have a unique coaching style that not a lot of coaches have. One of which teaches a different approach of a “Mental batting average’’ and a “Mental ERA” to make sure a players mind is always in the right place as Coach K believes it is the strongest tool in your bag. Coach K also stresses the importance of repetitions outside of the game, sacrifice and not normalizing yourself when you have abnormal dreams. Every dream is reachable when you stick out your arm and believe you can grab it.
PJ Brackett
Coach PJ Brackett brings a player-first approach, strong leadership, and years of baseball experience to the field. A former catcher, his experience behind the plate helped him master game management, defensive strategy, pitcher communication, and situational awareness, skills he now passes on to the next generation of players.
As a coach, PJ emphasizes fundamentals, mental toughness, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. His international playing experience exposed him to different styles of competition and training methods, giving him a unique perspective on player development and the game as a whole.
Patrick is passionate about helping athletes grow both on and off the field. He focuses on building confident, disciplined players who respect the game, support their teammates, and strive for continuous improvement. Whether working with beginners or advanced athletes, his goal is to create a positive environment where players can develop their skills, compete with confidence, and reach their full potential.
